(Photo by Thiti Wannamontha)The road safety campaign for the upcoming Songkran holidays have just got new presenter, and it's none other than a four-star general. Essentially, they require that all passengers in a car wear seat belts at all times. The types of vehicles required to have seat belts are trucks (both front seats), passenger vans (all seats) and interprovincial buses (all seats). Taxis will also have to install seat belts for all five seats and drivers must ensure they are used.
